Please bring your driver's license.If you are an international citizen, please bring your international driver's license and passport.

Is there a pick-up and delivery service?

.Details are as follows.

  • ・We will pick you up at Hakodate Airport, ferry terminal, hotel in Hakodate city, Hakodate Station, and more for free.
  • ・Hotels, airports, train stations, ferry terminals and home in Hakodate and Hokuto can be collected at an additional rate.(2,200 yen including tax separately)
  • ・It is possible to rent out to New Chitose Airport and drop off (16,200 yen including tax separately)
I'd like to come to the store by car on the day, can I leave my car?

It is possible to take care of your car, but we cannot respond if you have trouble with your car, so please use our parking lot after your understanding.You can also ride a bike.Please be assured that there will be no charges.

How many days in advance can I make a reservation?

From the booking form on our website, we accept reservations from six months to five days in advance.
